On to the show!

Do you know Flannery O’Connor? Chances are, if you live in the South, you are at least tangentially aware of her. However, not much is known about the reclusive author, as she shied away from the public eye and only made one public appearance.

Filmmakers Elizabeth Coffman and Mark Bosco were granted unprecedented access to O’Connor’s life for their feature documentary “Flannery.” We talked to the duo about making the film, their upcoming screening at the Atlanta Film Festival, Southern Gothic writing, and much more!

PATREON EXCLUSIVE: The filmmakers give their advice for filmmakers hoping to make their own documentary. Watch it and all our exclusive videos for as low as $1 a month!
