We've talked about how important it is for creators to just get out there and make stuff, and this episode shows just how vital it is. Mackleen Desravines set out to make Season 1 of her web series The Adjuncts and get it up on Youtube. However, the numbers weren't great on that platform and everything started falling apart.
What did she do? Kept going, that's what! Now she has a distribution deal with THEA and has a premiere for the film version of The Adjuncts this Saturday at Cinefest.
