It's always interesting to hear how filmmakers come together for a project, especially for independent projects. Sometimes the universe seems to connect the dots specifically to bring writers, directors, producers, etc. together to get a film off the ground. Such is the case with Carter's Lens, the latest guests on the Atlanta Film Chat podcast.

Bruce Downs, Wiley McCain, and Scott Sowers came on to tell us just how the film came about and how everyone managed to find each other. They also gave us some fun exclusives, including naming the lead actors in the film, one of whom also came on the show! If you've seen the Amazing Spider-Man films you'll definitely be interested in their announcement.

This was also the first episode recorded at Bean Dip Productions' new office as well as using the new equipment provided by Muse of Fire Productions. So much love from our friends!

Film Bar Mondays this week (6/22) is at Mac Magee's. There may also be another one the next day, Tuesday (6/23), because of the 48 Hour Film screenings. Next week there may be a special "5th week" edition of the event. Check out the link for the latest information.
