Reality television gets a bad rap, and to be honest a lot of it deservedly so. However, you don't necessarily think of shows that appear on channels like Investigation Discovery and Travel Channel when talking about reality shows as they usually seem more "legit" than stuff like Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Shows like those are in the same category, though, and need studios to produce them.
Bet you didn't know Georgia has its own reality (or "unscripted documentary") studio! Crazy Legs Productions makes shows like Swamp Murders, Your Worst Nightmare, and the upcoming The Prancing Elites Project. Tom Cappello, CEO of Crazy Legs, recently came on Atlanta Film Chat to talk about the company's unique name, upcoming programming, and why reality shows aren't nearly as bad as everyone thinks they are!
