Ryan Lipscomb Talks His Unique Journey to Filmmaking on Atlanta Film Chat

Just want the episode? Here are the iTunes and Stitcher links!

Hey, what the heck? This isn't Friday! It's true, it's not Friday, it's Monday. Atlanta Film Chat has a brand new release day. Now you can start your week off right with a fresh new episode of the greatest podcast that focuses on filmmaking in Atlanta and has chat in the name!

The first episode released on this brand new day is with Ryan Lipscomb. This writer/director has had an interesting trajectory with his career. He had a comfortable life working in corporate America in Washington DC but something just wasn't right. He quit his job, moved back to his hometown of Atlanta to do grunt work in locations on films like Ben 10: Alien Swarm, and eventually found himself at USC. Now he's back in town with great stories to tell, including his film Bruise!

Since the Atlanta Film Festival is about to start up, we're looking for any local filmmakers who have found out they made it into the festival. If this is you or someone you know, email us at atlfilmchat@gmail.com so we can set something up!
