You've been to the Atlanta Film Festival, but did you know they're not the only festival game in town? There are several other festivals in town with different areas of focus. One of the biggest is the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival which kicked off in 2000 and continues to grow every year.
Brad Pilcher, Assistant Director of the AJFF, came on Atlanta Film Chat recently to talk about this year's festival and share stories of years past. He also goes into the screening process, what exactly makes an official Jewish film, and how much they've grown over the years.
If you want to go this year, make sure to go to AJFF.org and buy tickets soon. The event runs from January 28th to February 19th and there are multiple showings of each film but tickets tend to fly off the shelves!
Produced by Zombie Cat Productions, Atlanta Film Chat is a podcast dedicated to going behind the scenes with the talented & hardworking folks in the Atlanta film community. Look for us and subscribe on iTunes!
