Ever wonder why, with all the buzz around the Atlanta film scene, there aren't schools in the area specifically designed to help people get the skills they need with things like acting? Well, it turns out they actually already exist, and have for quite some time!
One such school is The Actor's Scene. Founded in 2004, the studio operates out of Buford with new locations opening in Cumming and Dacula in January. To find out more about the school, Atlanta Film Chat brought on Marketing Director Elizabeth Alcaraz to talk about what students can expect. She also discusses why schools like The Actor's Scene is so important and how she first got involved with the studio.
