Big Apple Filmmakers Explain to Atlanta Film Chat Why They're Filming in the Peach State

We tend to think of independent productions in Atlanta being run by locals. Sure, the big studios are coming here from all over because of the tax incentives, but low-budget and independent films are all made by Georgia residents, right?

To prove otherwise, Atlanta Film Chat talked to Gleb Osatinski and Danielle Ellen, creators of the upcoming short film The Quantified Self. They are currently raising funds on Kickstarter and hope to shoot the project in the ATL. Why? Listen to the episode and find out!

They also talk about the science behind the film (both Gleb and Danielle have science degrees), the writing process, past films, and much more. This is also the first Skype episode since the filmmakers are currently up in New York, so make sure to let AFC know what you think!
